The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping to locate 19 year old Jacob Elijah Miller, of Macon. Miller is wanted in connection with the shooting of Brooklyn Rouse that occurred outside 2443 Vivian Drive just before 8:20 PM, December 26, 2016.
Arrest warrants have ,been issued on Miller for Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder, Armed Robbery and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. He is described as a black male, 6 feet in height and weighs approximately 178 pounds. Miller has a tattoo of an upside cross in the middle of his forehead and tattoos of teardrops under each eye.
