The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance locating 18 year old Elijah Ishanna Simmons. Simmons has a warrant for his arrest for Theft by Receiving. Simmons was in possession of a stolen camera valued at over $8,000.00. The camera was stolen out of a vehicle taken from Shadow Moss Drive on April 27, 2016.
A photograph of Elijah Ishanna Simmons is attached. He is a black male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
