The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit, with the assistance of the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Internal Revenue Service, conducted an investigation at two local Spas on Friday afternoon. The locations were the Four Seasons Spa, located at 3975 Arkwright Road and Paradise Spa, located at 3200 Northside Drive. The investigation was conducted to ensure that the Spas were operating in accordance with local, state and federal laws.

During both investigations it was found that the employees of these Spas were offering more than just massages. The individuals arrested were offering sex for money, or were knowingly allowing this practice to occur. Investigators served search warrants at both locations. The following suspects were arrested from the two locations.

Four Season Spa

Mi Kyung Decuir – 51 years old – Charged with sexual battery and prostitution. Bond set at $2,400.00. She remains in jail.

Gyeong Yim Gweon – 66 years old – Charged with keeping a house of prostitution and a business license violation. Bond was set at $3,760.00. She was released on bond.

Paradise Spa  

Tiffany Kang – 52 years old – charged with prostitution. Bond was set at $2,400.00. She was released on bond.

Kyong Gye – 63 years old – charged with keeping a house of prostitution. Bond was set at $3,500.00. She was released on bond.

All arrested were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and booked on the charges.
