On Friday, March 3, 2017 the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Financial Crimes Unit arrested 39 year old Melissa Henriquez for Fiduciary Theft.
On February 14, 2017 Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to Rutland High School, at 6250 Skipper Road, in reference to money being taken out of the Soccer Booster Club Bank Account and was reported to be taken out by the treasurer, Melissa Henriquez. It was also reported that Henriquez was the only person known to have the bank card for the account.
During the investigation it was discovered that Henriquez had withdrawn money from the Rutland High School Soccer Booster Club account, misappropriating funds in excess of $2,800.00. She was arrested on Friday, March 3, 2017 on the charge of Fiduciary Theft. Henriquez was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and booked on the charge.
