Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested 25-year-old Shatiareni Rakia Lowder and charged a Bibb County inmate, 25-year-old Robreon Jarvus Lee, during a drug investigation.
It was reported that mail was intercepted by Bibb County Sheriff’s Office jail personnel, addressed to inmate Lee. The letter that was mailed to Lee was discovered to be a spice-soaked letter, soaked with synthetic marijuana/K2. The letter was noticed by personnel, when they discovered that the two pieces of paper were heavier they should of been. After further investigation it was discovered that Lee arranged with Lowder to handle the profits, as well as maintain communication with suppliers, involved in mailing the letters to the jail.
Lee was already in jail for Aggravated Assault charges. He received additional charges from this incident, which include Conspiracy to Violate the Georgia Control Substance Act, Conspiracy to Furnish Prohibited Items to Inmates without Consent of Warden, and Use of a Communications Facilities Involving Illegal Narcotics. Lee does not have a bond.
Lowder was arrested on warrants for Conspiracy to Violate the Georgia Control Substance Act, Conspiracy to Furnish Prohibited Items to Inmates Without Consent of Warden, and Use of a Communications Facilities involving Illegal Narcotics. Lowder does not have a bond.
