Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators and members of the U.S. Marshals Southeast Fugitive Task Force arrested an individual in connection to the January 11, 2021 bank robbery of the Sun Trust Bank, located at 3600 Mercer University Drive.
A CrimeStoppers tip led to the arrest of 26-year-old Dajhaad Andrez Lindsey of Cochran, Georgia. Lindsey was found at a residence in Dublin, Georgia. He was taken into custody, without incident.
Lindsey is currently being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond for the charge of Robbery. Linsey also had a bench warrant, with a $1300.00 bond, for an unrelated incident.

Robbery at SunTrust Bank
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Robbery that took place, at 11:21am at 3600 Mercer University drive, at the SunTrust Bank.
It was reported that a male entered the business and passed a note demanding money from the clerk. The male received an undisclosed amount of money and then fled the bank in an unknown direction. No one was injured during this incident. This incident is still under investigation.
