The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in connection to a shooting incident that took place in the 2700 block of Montpelier Avenue on August 24, 2015. It was reported that shots were being fire from a blue Nissan Altima occupied by several male suspects. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Gang Unit was in the area when the incident occurred and spotted the suspect vehicle. No one was struck during this incident. The suspects led Sheriff’s Gang Investigators on a short vehicle pursuit before pulling over at the intersection of Woodard Street and Sapp Street.

Two of the suspects fled the scene, the other suspects were arrested.

Investigators arrested:

Donte Duran Andrews, age 21 from Macon. He is currently being held in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center for the charges of Obstruction- (Misd), Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, and Criminal Street Gang Activity.

Dontavis Anquan Jackson, age 25 from Macon. He is currently being held in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center for the charges of Willful Obstruction-(misdemeanor), Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, Criminal Street Gang Activity, and Probation Violation- Superior Court.

The two suspects that fled the scene are identified as Damian Shaquille Fryer, age 23 from Macon and Rodney Jaumal Roquemore Jr., age 21, also from Macon.

Damian Shaquille Fryer is described as a black male. He is around 5 feet 11 inches and weighs approximately 220 lbs. Fryer may possibly have a beard and mustache, he also has tattoos on both arms. Fryer has been known to frequent the Unionville and Bellevue areas.

Fryer has warrants for the charges of Obstruction-Misd, Participating in Criminal Street Gang Activity, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime.

Rodney Jaumal Roquemore Jr. is described as a black male. He is around 5 feet 10 inches and weighs approximately 140 lbs.

Roquemore Jr. has warrants for the charges of Obstruction-(misdemeanor), Participating in Criminal Criminal Street Gang Activity.
