Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a suspect wanted in connection to an aggravated assault that took place on Center Street on December 6, 2020.
Investigators are looking for 18-year-old Semaj Martin, of Macon. Martin is 5 ft 8 inches in height and weighs approximately 200 lbs. A photograph of Martin is attached to this release.

Aggravated Assault Incident on Center Street
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred in the 600 block of Center Street at 4:41 p.m.
It was reported that a 15-year-old male was on the front porch of the residence when several shots were heard. The 15-year-old was struck multiple times in the upper body. The victim was transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in critical condition at this time. No one else was injured in the incident. There is no information on the suspect currently.
