The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teen that has autism. It was reported that “Shawn” Hinkle-Hosferd, age 15 from Macon, was last seen getting off of the bus at his home, located at 2826 Walnut Creek Road at around 4:45p.m. Tuesday afternoon. “Shawn” Hinkle-Hosferd only responds to his first name. “Shawn” is described as a white male. He is approximately 5 feet 4 inches in height and he weighs around 124 lbs. He has black hair and dark eyes. “Shawn” was last seen wearing a black and gray “bubble” jacket, red shirt with cartoon characters on the front, black jogging pants with red colored stripes running down the side of the legs and brown colored boots. “Shawn” should be carrying a black book bag with multi-colored squares. Anyone with information into the whereabouts of “Shawn” Hinkle-Hosferd is asked to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 and ask for the “on-call” investigator or Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
