Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping identify an individual, wanted for questioning in a Financial Card Theft and Fraud Investigation. The incident occurred on April 7, 2021 in the 3200 block of Ridge Avenue.
A victim noticed that her purse had been removed from her vehicle. She also received a notification from her bank, that someone was trying to use her debit card to purchase gift cards at local stores.
The attached photographs were taken from the surveillance cameras of different stores. Investigators are seeking an individual described as a light skinned male, wearing a striped shirt, jeans, and white running shoes. It was also reported that the individual was last seen driving a white truck. A photograph of this truck is also attached to this media release. The vehicle has been seen in the Vineville Avenue and Ridge Avenue areas.
