Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a person that has been missing since Saturday, March 14, 2015. It was reported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office this morning, by the grandparents, that their 13 year old grand-daughter, Janiya Jacobs, left her home in the 3700 block of Atwood Dr. without any possessions, after having an argument with her grandmother.
Jacobs is described as a black female. She is around 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighs approximately 185 lbs. She has straight, brown hair and brown. The clothing she was last seen wearing is a black shirt, black pajama pants with flowers on them and green house slippers.
