Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a person that has been missing since Thursday, February 5, 2015. It was reported that 18 year old Joshua Dale Phelps was not home when his mother went there to check on him Thursday afternoon. It was reported that he had not been seen since morning period at Rutland High School Thursday. According to his mother, Phelps has been depressed recently.
Phelps is described as a white male. He is around 5 feet 10 inches in height and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jean pants, a gray shirt, a black North Face fleece jacket and Nike Slide shoes.
