The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a missing person.
According to investigators, 37-year-old Matthew Brock Mayhew, has not been in contact with his family since the morning of May 29, 2022. It was reported that Mayhew left his home on foot and has not been seen by family members since. He is not believed to be in any danger. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate Mayhew.
Mayhew is described as a white male, approximately five-feet and nine-inches to five-feet ten-inches in height, and weighs around 150 to 155 pounds. Mayhew has brown hair and brown eyes. Mayhew does have a beard and mustache. Mayhew was reported to have issues with speech and has a distinct walk.
He was last seen in the 3000 block of Hartley Bridge Road. The clothing description is unknown at this time.
