Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators along with the U.S. Marshals S.E.R.F.T.F. arrested the last two suspects in regards to the Armed Robbery of the Family Dollar on June 4, 2019.
Just before 2:30 p.m. deputies took 29-year-old Cobey Jerrell Durham Sr. into custody without incident at a residence in Kings Park. Durham was located thanks to a tip called into the Macon Regional Crime Stoppers.
Investigators spotted the last suspect in the armed robbery a 16-year-old male walking in Kings Park. They were able to take him into custody just before 5:00 p.m. after a short foot chase.
Durham was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault on Peace Officer. He is being held without bond at this time.
The 16-year-old juvenile was take to the RYDC and charged with Aggravated Assault on an Officer and Armed Robbery.

Arrests Made In Commercial Armed Robbery at Family Dollar
Investigators identified and arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile for the armed robbery of Family Dollar. The juvenile was transported to the RYDC and charged with aggravated assault on an officer and armed robbery.
Investigators also identified and arrested 17-year-old Carols Antonio Reynolds and charged him with armed robbery. Reynolds was taken to the Bibb Law Enforcement Center where he currently has no bond.
Investigators are still asking for help identifying and locating the second person of interest and second suspect in the gray hoodie.
Both suspects arrested were located shortly after the incident, in the Kings Park neighborhood Tuesday night.

Public Assistance in Commercial Armed Robbery at Family Dollar
The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Armed Robbery of the Family Dollar store at 3656 Jeffersonville Rd. The incident occurred just before 7:00 p.m. Tuesday night. It was reported that two suspects entered the store and demanded money from the clerks. The suspects were brandishing firearms. After taking an undisclosed amount of money. Both suspects attempted to flee the store, but encountered the responding deputy at the front door. One suspect presented a gun and fired at the deputy, the deputy then returned fire. Both suspects fled on foot out the back door heading in the direction of Kings Park. During this incident there was five shoppers present in the store. No one was injured.
The suspects were described as young black males. One suspect was wearing a black pull over hoodie with his face covered. The second was wearing a gray pull over hoodie covering his face with black shorts.
Investigators are also asking for the public’s help in identifying two people of interest.
