Arrests Made In Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery Incident
Two arrests were made Thursday in the aggravated assault and armed robbery of 27 year old Milton Brown, of Macon. Brown was shot in his right arm on Friday, April 1, 2016 just before 1:00AM, outside 2080 Jeffersonville Road.
During the investigation of this incident it was discovered that 26 year old Kymarica Banks, who Brown was going to visit at 2080 Jeffersonville Road the night of the incident, was part of a plan to rob Brown. It was also discovered that 23 year old Jimorion Coxton, of a Macon address, was the person that robbed and shot Brown during the incident.
Banks was arrested on Thursday afternoon at around 4:15PM by members of the US Marshals Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force and Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators at an address at Rockland Apartments located at 2295 Jeffersonville Road. She was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division for questioning. She was later transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and booked on the charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault. She currently remains in the Bibb LEC without bond.
Coxton turned himself in to Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators at around 9:00PM Thursday night. He is also charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault. He was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center where he also remains without bond.

Aggravated Assault Incident in East Macon
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred at 2080 Jeffersonville Road, just before 1:00am. Friday morning. It was reported that 27yr old Milton Brown of Milledgeville was visiting a friend at this location. As Brown exited his vehicle he was shot by an unknown suspect in the right arm. Brown was transported to Navicent Center Hospital and is listed in stable condition. No one else was injured in the incident.
No suspect information is available at this time. Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are still talking with witnesses and investigating the incident.
