Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested 19 year old Michael Dewayne Hardy Jr. for the murder of 23 year old Vernard Mays. Hardy was brought down to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division to be interviewed around 12:00 noon today.
Hardy is charged with Felony Murder. He was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and booked on the charge. No bond has been set.
