On Thursday afternoon at around 03:00 p.m. the US Marshals Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force and Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators located Deangelo Dewaye Davis in the Payne City area, in relation to the December 19, 2017 homicide of 20yr old Keenan Guice. They were able to take Davis into custody without incident. Davis was transported to Investigaions Division and interviewed before being taken to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and booked on the charge of murder. Davis had a unrelated charge of aggravated assault, and warrants out of both Twiggs and Wilkinson Counties. A tip to the Macon Reginal Crimestoppers lead authorities to Davis’ location. Davis is being held with bond at this time.

Arrest Made In Homicide at Cobblestone Square Apartment

Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators make an arrest in the homicide that occurred at the Cobblestone Square Apartments, located at 241 Riley Ave, on Monday night just before 10:00 p.m. The victim, 20 year old Keenan Guice was killed by a fatal gunshot wound to his chest. The suspect, 22 year old Harold Wallace, was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigative Division late Monday night and interviewed by investigators. After further investigation and interviewing Wallace,  he was  transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and booked on the charge of murder and discharging a weapon on property of another.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Homicide and Aggravated Assault at Cobblestone Square Apartment

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide and aggravated assault that occurred at 241 Riley Ave just before 10:00pm. Monday night. It was reported that 20yr old Keenan Guice and  33yr old Deangelo Davis had been shot. It was reported that an argument occurred between a group of people and during that argument gunfire was exchanged. Davis was shot once in the chest and Guice was shot once in the chest. Guice was pronounced dead on scene by the Coroner’s Office.  Davis was taken to the Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in stable condition at this time. No one else was injured in the incident.
