Fatality Investigators arrested 40-year-old Rene Rolando Guox-cos of Macon in connection to the fatal traffic collision involving 22-year-old Tyler Scott Northcutt. Guox-cos was taken into custody on scene and charged with driving on a suspended Georgia license, following too close and vehicular homicide in the second degree. Guox-cos is being held at the Bibb law Enforcement center with no bond.

Fatal Traffic Collision on I-75 Southbound
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal two car collision that occurred on I-75 southbound near the Tom Hill Sr. Blvd. off-ramp. The incident took place around 4:08 pm Friday evening.
It was reported that a Gray Honda, driven by a male driver, later identified as 22-year-old Tyler Scott Northcutt, was traveling southbound on I-75. It was reported that the Honda was in the center lane when it was struck from behind by a Toyota Tundra truck. The driver of the Toyota Tundra and his passenger was unharmed.
Northcutt was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner Luanne Stone The next of kin have been notified.
This fatal collision still remains under investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
