When the victim’s boss, 34 year old Brian Hinkle, arrived at the storage building. Edenfield was told by the suspects to go down to Hinkle’s vehicle and get the money they demanded. After Edenfield walked down to meet with Hinkle, Diadell exited the truck, running towards Hinkle and Edenfield and firing the gun towards Hinkle. Hinkle had his gun and shot back at Diadell striking him. It was reported that Diadell was struck 3 times.
