The United States Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 21 year old Jaqavius Javon Holloway in reference to the homicide of Marquis Lowe that occurred on March 28, 2015. The arrest of Holloway was made at around 12:00 noon today, in Bibb County and without incident. Holloway was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. He is charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bond has not been set.
