An arrest was made today in connection to the shooting incident that took place on February 2, 2015, outside of the Club Status, located at 4740 Pionono Avenue. A combination of information gained through the investigation and a Crime Stopper’s tip led members of the U.S. Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force to the arrest of 27 year old Jawaski Keon Mack, at a residence located on New Clinton Road at around 3:15p.m.
Mack was arrested on a warrant from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Mack is currently being held in the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center, without bond, for the charge of Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder.
