Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 24-year-old Ishmael Williams, of Macon, for a commercial burglary that occurred just after 12:00 a.m. Saturday night at 3191 Mercer University Drive , Prestige Auto Connection.
It was reported that Williams was on the property changing the angles of the security cameras. When Deputies arrived on scene they found Williams removing tires from a vehicle at the business. Williams fled on foot when he saw deputies, but was quickly taken into custody without incident. The tires remover prior to deputies arriving were recovered and returned to the business.
Williams is currently in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex on charges of one count of Burglary. He is currently being held on a $8,450.00 bond.
