Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies make an arrest in reference to a Commercial Burglary that occurred at the Rack Room Shoes Outlet located, at 3755 Bloomfield Road, at around 4:51 AM Tuesday morning.
The suspects made entry into a vacant business by prying the front door open and smashed a hole in an adjacent wall to make entry into Rack Room Shoes.
It was reported that there were three black male suspects involved in the burglary and they led deputies on a brief pursuit. One of the three suspects was apprehended a short time later. He was identified as 28 year old Antuane Simmons of Macon. Simmons was charged with two counts of burglary. The incident is under investigation. No further information is available on the other two suspects at this time.
