Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested 23-year-old Taqwa Suwan Dixon of Macon, in connection with the armed robbery of the Dollar Tree, located at 175 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd.
Investigators identified Dixon as one of the suspects involved in this incident and issued warrants for his arrest. Dixon was located at his home and taken into custody.
Investigators transported Dixon to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, where he is being held without bond for the charge of Armed Robbery, False Imprisonment, and Kidnapping.

Commercial Armed Robbery of Dollar Tree
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just before 10:00 p.m. at the Dollar Tree, located at 175 Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard.
It was reported that two male subjects entered the store brandishing firearms. They demanded money from the clerk. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash they fled the store on foot. No one was injured during the incident.
The suspects were completely covered in dark clothes with their faces hidden.
