The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just after 08:30A.M this morning at the Dollar General, located at 3407 Napier Avenue. It was reported that a black male entered the store brandishing a firearm and demanded money from the clerk. After getting an undisclosed amount of money he fled the store. Patrol Deputies were able to locate the suspect, 18yr old Juan Malik Parker and 27yr old Jasmine James, who was Parker’s getaway driver. They were taken into custody without incident. No one was injured during this incident.
Both Parker and James, of Macon, were charged with Armed Robbery and taken to the Bibb County Jail. They are being held without bond.
