Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a person shot at 2991 Millerfield Road just before 1:20pm this evening, December 12, 2015. Deputies arrested 61 year old Kenneth Latimore of Macon for aggravated assault family violence. It was reported that Kenneth Latimore and his step-son , 36 year old Timoral Austin argued over money that was owed to Latimore. When Austin refused to give Latimore the money owed, Latimore left the incident location and later returned with an AK-47. The two argued about repayment of the money owed. When Austin refused to pay, Latimore fired a single shot that resulted in Austin being grazed in the head by the bullet. Latimore was transported by ambulance to the Navicent Health Hospital where he is listed in stable condition. Latimore was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb Law Enforcement Complex.
