The Bibb County Sheriff’s Gang Unit along with the U.S. Marshal’s Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 26 year old Davis Emmanuel Gay today, December 9, 2015, at around 11:15AM at a location in Bibb County. Gay is charged with aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity. He also had an outstanding bench warrant on an unrelated charge. Gay will have to appear before a judge for bond on the aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity. At the present time he only has a bond set for the bench warrant in the amount of $3,500.00.
Gay was involved in the shooting of Terrell Evans, Tavres Evans and Trevon Wood that occurred outside the Memorial Gym, located at 2465 Second Street just before 9:30PM on August 29, 2015.
