The U.S. Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 38 year old James Malory Brown, of Gray yesterday evening at around 6:15 p.m. in Americus, Georgia. Brown was found at a convenience store and was arrested without incident.
Brown was identified as the suspect in a burglary that occurred at a residence on Lower Thomaston Road back on December 19, 2014. Brown was transported back to Bibb County and was booked into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex on the charges of 2 counts of burglary and 2 counts of theft by taking. Brown has a bond of $8,100.00 on the 2 theft by taking charges. No bond has been set on the 2 burglary charges. He also has a hold placed on him for the Jones County Sheriff’s Office and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
