Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol deputies were checking the Cherry Street and Second Street area when they were flagged down about a woman screaming in the Second Street Lane alley.
When deputies went in the alley they found a 27-year-old female crying and picking items up from the ground. She stated that two black males just tried to rob her and take her purse and cell phone. She gave descriptions of the suspects to deputies. She was not injured during the incident. The suspects were armed with a knife.
Deputies located the suspects a short distance away and identified them as 40-year-old Pagreyo Muhammad Blash and 35-year-old Brandon Salvonti Wilcher, both of Macon.
Blash was taken to the Bibb County jail and charged with Armed Robbery. He is being held without bond at this time.
Wilcher was taken to the Bibb County jail and charged with Armed Robbery. He also had a Bond Surrender from a separate case. He is being held without bond at this time.
