On July 4, 2018, suspects robbed the Chevron Gas station on Rocky Creek Road, the Waffle House on Riverside Drive, and the Exxon gas station , located on Pionono Avenue. One of the suspects, was arrested on July 12, 2018, by the U.S. Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. Chelsey Danielle Evans, age 30, was taken into custody for the charges of Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, and Probation Violation. Evans is still being held in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond.
Investigators identified the second suspect as 27 year old Javon Rashard Haywood. Investigators took warrants out for Haywoods arrest. It was reported that Haywood might have possibly fled the middle Georgia area.
On July 28, 2018 Haywood was stopped by the Fairborn Police Department, in Fairborn Ohio, for a traffic violation. He was taken into custody for the charges of Falsification and Drug Paraphernalia.
Haywood was transferred to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. He was booked into the Bibb L.E.C. September 12, 2018 at around 6:00a.m., for warrants, with the charges of (3) counts of Armed Robbery and (2) counts of Aggravated Assault. Haywood is currently being held without bond.

Arrest Made in Armed Robbery Attempt / Aggravated Assault in South Macon
On Thursday at around 8:00A.M., members of the Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force and Bibb County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested 30 year old Chelsey Danielle Evans. She was found at a residence located on Elm Street.
Evans was taken into custody without incident.
Evans is currently being held in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond, for
(3) Counts of Armed Robbery. Aggravated Assault and Probation Violation.

Commercial Armed Robbery in south Macon
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that took place at the Exxon gas station, located at 2311 Pionono Avenue, in south Macon. The incident took place shortly after 6:30a.m. Wednesday morning.
It was reported that a female and male entered the gas station and went to a back room, which is used to play video games. The female approached the front counter and told the clerk that the machines were acting up. She went back to the game room, the clerk followed shortly after. Once the clerk left the cash register area, the male suspect walked around the corner and brandished a gun towards the clerk. The clerk was told to go into the game room, the male suspect went to the cash register and took an undisclosed amount of cash. The male suspect left the store and walked towards Dent Street. The female left a short time later and got into a 2006 blue Honda Civic, missing two front hubcaps. She left the scene, headed towards Dent Street. No one was injured during this incident.
The male suspect was seen on video, getting out of the same blue Honda Civic prior to the armed robbery taking place. Investigators believe that both suspects were also involved in the attempted armed robbery, that took place at the Citgo gas station, located on Rocky Creek Rd, and also the Waffle House armed robbery that took place earlier this morning.
The male suspect was described black male. He was around 5 feet 7 tall and weighed between 145 to 210 lbs. The suspect was wearing a white “V-neck” styled shirt, blue jeans, and he had on a blue colored “skull cap” on his head.
The female suspect was described as a black female. She was approximately 5 ft 6 inches in height weighs around 180 to 215 lbs. She was wearing a black in color, “Air Jordan” t- shirt (white “air Jordan” design, blue jean shorts, and a white and black colored hat, with a white and gray brim. There was possibly a sports emblem on the front of the hat.
The vehicle was described as a dark blue colored 2006 Honda Civic. The vehicle had tinted windows and it was missing both front hub caps. The tag displayed on the vehicle is PWJ2007.

Commercial Armed Robbery in north Macon
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Waffle House, located at 3620 Riverside Drive. The incident that took place at around 3:49a.m. Wednesday morning.
It was reported that a masked male suspect brandished a handgun, as he entered the restaurant. The suspect jumped over the counter and demanded money from the cash register. Once the suspect received and undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the store in an unknown direction. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect ran out of the store and fled in a 2010-2014 Honda Civic. The vehicle was blue in color and was missing both front hubcaps.
The suspect was described black male. He was approximately 6 feet tall and weighed between 220 to 250 lbs. The suspect was wearing a white “V-neck” styled shirt, dark colored blue jeans, a black colored “doo rag” on his head, and had on a blue colored bandana over his face.
Investigators believe that the suspect was also involved in the attempted armed robbery that took place at the Citgo gas station, located on Rocky Creek Rd, earlier this morning.

Armed Robbery Attempt / Aggravated Assault in south Macon
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of an attempted commercial armed robbery at the Citgo gas station, located at 1681 Rocky Creek Road. According to witnesses’ statements, a male suspect entered the store at around 2:53a.m. The suspect covered his face with a blue colored facial covering and he was brandishing a handgun as he entered the store.
The clerk, who was working behind the counter, ran towards the back storeroom. The suspect shot at the clerk, through a closed door, located between the main store and counter area. The bullet went through the door’s window, grazing the clerk’s back. No one else was injured during this incident.
The suspect ran out of the store and fled in a 2010-2014 Honda Civic. The vehicle was blue in color and was missing both front hubcaps.
The suspect was described black male. He was approximately 6 feet tall and weighed around 250 lbs. The suspect was wearing a white “V-neck” styled shirt, dark colored blue jeans, a black colored “doo rag” on his head, and had on a blue colored bandana over his face.
The victim, 24 year old Bhavesh Patel, declined medical treatment from paramedics, but later rode in a personally owned vehicle to a local hospital. He is listed to be in stable condition.
