Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies along with Marshals from the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, arrested 28-year-old Trevon Lamar Davis, in connection to an Aggravated Assault that took place in the parking lot of the Krystal’s, located at 892 Riverside Drive, on July 14, 2020.
At 2:45 p.m. Marshals and deputies were informed that Davis had returned to his residence at an apartment complex, located at 720 Tidewater Circle. When they attempted to apprehend Davis on several warrants, he fled on foot and ran towards the Baconsfield Kroger. Davis was located inside of a stock room at the Kroger. After a brief struggle, Davis was taken into custody.
Davis was transported to the Bibb County Jail and charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault. He is currently being held without bond at this time. He also had warrants for Theft by Receiving and Cruelty to Children in an unrelated case.

Aggravated Assault Incident at Krystal’s on Riverside Drive
The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred in the parking lot of 892 Riverside Drive, Krystal’s at 9:20 p.m.
Deputies responded to the Navicent Health Medical Center in regards to a person that was shot. It was reported that a 28-year-old female, of Macon, had just gotten into her 63-year-old male, of Jeffersonville, friend’s vehicle so that he could give her a ride home. That is when the female victim’s estranged husband, 28-year-old Trevon Lamar Davis, of Macon, walked up and began shooting into the vehicle.
The female victim was struck multiple times in the upper body, the male victim was not injured. The male victim drove to the Navicent Health Medical Center. The female victim is listed as being in stable condition at this time. No one else was injured during the incident.
Trevon Lamar Davis fled the scene before deputies arrived. Davis has warrants for his arrest in unrelated cases and is wanted for two counts of Aggravated Assault in this case. Davis is five foot nine inches tall and weighs one hundred and thirty-five pounds with brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous.
