The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that was reported to have happened in the 3500 block of Log Cabin Drive at around 4:29 a.m. Sunday. Zerrick Taylor, age 19 from Macon, received a gunshot wound to the left forearm. Taylor was transported to a local hospital where he is listed to be in stable condition.
This incident and the circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Additional information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
