The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the 1200 block of Highland Avenue just before 9:30 p.m. on July 13, 2022.
Deputies responded to the 1200 block of Highland Avenue, regarding a person shot. Upon arrival deputies found a 32-year-old male who was shot. The victim was transported to the Navicent Health hospital. The 32-year-old male is listed in stable condition. The events leading up to the incident remain under investigation. No one else was injured during the aggravated assault.
There is no information on the suspect currently.
