The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that occurred just before 5:00p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Kenyata Francis, age 22 from Macon, drove himself to the hospital after being shot in his mid-section. It was reported that the incident occurred near the 1400 block of Brentwood Avenue.
Francis is reported to be in stable condition at a local hospital.
Investigators are interviewing possible witnesses to the incident. Additional Information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
