The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred at 3867 Log Cabin Drive, at the Green Meadows Apartments at 8:39 p.m.
Deputies responded to 3867 Log Cabin Drive, Green Meadows Apartments, regarding a person shot. Upon arrival deputies found a 7-year-old male who had been shot. He was transported to the Navicent Health Hospital. The 7-year-old is listed in critical condition at this time.
The events leading up to the incident are still under investigation. No one else was injured during the incident. There is no information on the suspect at this time.
