The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred at 584 Emery Highway, Quick Serve Gas Station at 12:45 a.m.
It was reported that a 30-year-old male was at the gas pumps of the Quick Serve Gas Station at 584 Emery Highway when multiple shots were fired. The victim was struck once in the chest. The victim was transported to Atrium Health and is listed in critical, but stable condition at this time.
No one else was injured during the incident. There is no information on the suspect currently.
