The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that happened in the 1100 block of Bartlett Street, just after 6:30 p.m.
It was reported that a 20-year-old male was walking in the 1100 Bartlett Street when shots were fired. The victim was struck in the foot. He was transported to Atrium Health and is listed in stable condition at this time. No one else was injured in the incident. Investigators are looking into what lead up to the shooting.
There is no information on the suspect available currently.
