The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that happened in the 4300 block of Barrington Place, just before 3:30 p.m.
It was reported a 32-year-old male living in the 4300 block of Barrington Place got into an altercation inside his residence with a male subject. During the incident, the 32-year-old male was shot. The unknown male subject fled the scene before deputies arrived. The victim was transported to Atrium Health and is listed in critical condition at this time. No one else was injured in the incident. Investigators are looking into what lead up to the shooting.
