The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred on Pansy Avenue just before 1:00a.m. Wednesday morning. It was reported that 23yr old Justin Woodall of Gray was with friends in his white 2007 Saturn Vue on Pansy Ave when they were flagged down by an unknown black male. It was reported that there was a verbal altercation and Woodall was struck in the face by the black male with a pistol and Woodall’s passenger, 20yr old Aaron Kimbrough of Gray, was shot once in the right leg just above the knee. Woodall drove to the Flash Foods at 3391 Mercer University Dr. and called the Sheriff’s Office. Woodall and Kimbrough were both transported to Navicent Center Hospital and are listed in stable condition. No one else was injured in the incident.
