Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones advised Bibb County Sheriff’s Office of the passing of 25-year-old Gerald Pennyman. Pennyman was listed in critical condition for the last two days at the Navicent Hospital. This incident is still under investigation.

Aggravated Assault Incident In West Macon
Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to Suzanne Drive at Robinson Drive, just before 10:00 p.m. Saturday night in reference to a loud party call. While enroute to the call deputies received information of shots fired in the area. When Deputies arrived on scene they discovered three people shot, 25-year-old Chazmine Tookes, 28-year-old Adam Muhammed and 25-year-old Todd Grayer. All three were taken to the hospital by ambulance, with non-life threating injuries. A fourth victim 25-year-old Gerald Pennyman was transported to the hospital by personal vehicle. Pennyman is listed in critical condition.
It was reported that a large group of people were attending a block party when someone begin firing several shots into the crowd. When deputies arrived on scene, the suspect had already fled the area. There is no description of the suspect.
