The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred at 985 Plant Street, Tindall Heights Housing Complex, just after 11:40p.m. Sunday night. It was reported that 17 year old De-Angelo Moody was visiting a friend near the 14 building when a dark in color S.U.V. stopped in the road. Three black males got out of the S.U.V. and shot at Moody. Moody was shot in chest and the left leg. No one else was injured during the incident. Moody was taken to the Navicent Health Hospital where he is listed as to be in stable condition.
The suspects were described as black males wearing all black. The S.U.V. was described as being dark in color.
The incident is currently being investigated. More information will be released as it becomes available.
