The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred at the corner of Ell St and Felton Ave just after 6AM Sunday morning, August 2, 2015. It was reported by the victim, Michael Warren, of Macon,  that he met the suspect on a chat line and the two agreed to meet. The two met at a location on Hart-Smith Street. After driving to a second location the two men had some type of verbal disagreement and the suspect told  Warren to take him back to the south Macon area. The suspect eventually told  Warren to let him out of the vehicle at Ell Street and Felton Avenue. As the suspect got out of the vehicle he fired three times at the vehicle, striking Warren in the right thigh and right arm.

              The victim drove himself to the Coliseum Hospital where he was treated for his injuries. The injuries are non-life threatening and Warren is listed in stable condition. The suspect is described as a black male, in his early twenties about 5’10 to 6’0 in height and medium build.
