The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred near the intersection of Emery Hwy and Maynard St. just before 5:30p.m. Monday night. It was reported that an argument broke out earlier in the day between 19yr old Miciah Daniely and an unknown subject. Daniely was walking near Emery Hwy and Maynard St when he was confronted a second time. During this altercation the unknown suspect shot Daniely twice. He was struck in the left arm and the right thigh. Daniely transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in stable condition at this time. No one else was injured in the incident. There is no information on the suspect at this time.
