The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that happened at 2760 Montpelier Avenue, M&M Groceries, just before 9:00 p.m.
It was reported there was a group of individuals standing outside of the M&M Groceries at 2760 Montpelier Avenue, when a dark color vehicle drove by and several shots were fired from the vehicle. A 33-year-old male was taken by personal vehicle to Atrium Health and is listed in stable condition at this time. No one else was injured in the incident.
There is no further information about the suspect.
