Bibb Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to the 4700 block of High Oak Court in reference to a call of a person cut just before 9:00PM Monday night. It was reported that the victim, 30 year old Dashon Davis of Macon was at his girlfriend’s house located in the 4900 block of Pinefield Drive. Davis got into an argument with his girlfriend, 27 year old Tonisha McElroy, of Macon, about Facebook. A physical altercation followed and Davis began choking McElroy. McElroy grabbed a knife and stabbed Davis in the shoulder once. Davis left the residence and drove to a relative’s home in the 4700 block of High Oak Court. He was transported to the Navicent Health by ambulance. Davis was treated for the injury and has been released from the hospital.
McElroy was transported to the Bibb Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division to be interviewed. She was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated assault. McElroy was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex and booked on the charges. No bond has been set.
