The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that happened at 10:00pm in the 100 block of Spencer Hill Court. Deputies responded to a domestic dispute between a 46 year old Jason Reese and his wife, 48 year old Angie Reese. During the altercation Jason Reese sustained a single gunshot wound from a semi-auto pistol. Jason was taken to the Navicent Health Center of Central Georgia and is being treated for his injuries at this time. John Reese is listed in stable condition.
Angie Reese was taken to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Office for questioning. Angie was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault Family Violence in relation to this incident.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are still questioning witnesses and investigating the incident.
