The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Fatality Unit and the U.S. Marshals Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 54 year old Edward Whatley Stroud of Macon; for the 2015 vehicle homicide hit and run of 38 year old Antonial White. They were able to take Stroud into custody without incident at his home.
It was reported on August 23, 2015 that Antonial White was tending to an injured dog in the roadway when he was struck by Stroud’s vehicle.
