The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and Macon-Bibb Fire Department will square off in a rib eating contest on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Texas Roadhouse located at 5080 Riverside Drive. The contest will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot. There will be vehicles from the Sheriff’s Office and Fire Department there on display also. The media and the public are invited to come out and watch as the two teams see who can eat the most ribs in a timed event for bragging rights. The winning team will also get to choose a charity that Texas Roadhouse will donate part of their sales from that evening.
