The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred at Sally’s Beauty Supply located at 1485 Gray Highway on Wednesday morning just before 12:00 p.m. It was reported that the male suspect entered the store with a handgun and threw a black bookbag over the counter, telling the employee to give him all the money. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect left the store on foot. There was also a customer in the store at the time of the robbery. No one was injured.
The suspect is described as a young black male with a medium complexion, 5’8” to 5’11” in height, weighing 150 lbs. to 170 lbs. He was wearing sunglasses, a black ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt and camouflaged pants (possibly gray and black).
