The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Ultra Shoes, 1358 Gray Highway, just before 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning. It was reported that a black male entered the store wearing a red hoodie armed with a handgun. The suspect approached an employee and said, “you know what time it is”, and demanded money. After the employee gave the suspect and undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the store on foot. No one was injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as being in his late teens to early twenties with a medium complexion. No other information is available at this time.
